finding answers to today’s challenges
with value-oriented leaders and entrepreneurs
The CONGRESS OF CHRISTIAN LEADERS (KCF) is one of the most significant specialised meetings for leaders in economy, church and community who all have one thing in common: they want to live out Christian values in the workplace. Because this is often easier said than done, the KCF offers a bi-yearly congress for leading employees and entrepreneurs who want to do value-oriented business.
Our goal: to exchange and share experiences with one another and to be encouraged to practice ethical business in everyday life. With around 3000 participants, the KCF is the biggest value-oriented Congress in German speaking Europe.
At the KCF you will meet value-oriented speakers and decision makers who will be talking on topics such as Leadership 4.0, Digitalisation or Personnel Management. You will make new business contacts and learn how other entrepreneurs deal with crises and challenges.
We are looking forward to meeting you at the KCF19, 28 February to 2 March 2019 in Karlsruhe.
To lead with values requires a good orientation and a solid foundation. For both of these things there are trendsetting impulses at the KCF19.
Gain new strength and motivation for the challenges of leadership:
WITH 3,500 PARTICIPANTS THE MOST REKNOWNED VALUE-ORIENTED CONGRESS FOR CHRISTIAN LEADERS IN GERMANY.
Every society needs values. These values should be lived out in business and politics as well as in the everyday life of individuals. The responsibility of decision-makers in these areas is great. For this reason, the KCF has asked leaders of companies to implement the ethics of the Christian message in the professional world. Leading with values means taking responsibility and acting according to Christian values.
At the KCF19 in Karlsruhe, participants have the opportunity to discuss questions of ethical action and to share their experiences. Together, we want to find answers to the questions posed to value-oriented executives by current developments and trends. The goal is to re-motivate ourselves to live out values and make them noticeable in everyday life.
